Ads Pending Forever

I have created a new campaign but all my ads are pending. I tried to use different words for ad and keywords even i made different campaign with different domains but it’s useless…

I dont promote any black market…

but yahoo only x traffic.
it’s been a long time.

i think it might be yahoo too weak not enoght traffic send to us.
