Div layout wont center/ rightcol moves

My 3 Column layout won’t center in ie of ff, I’m using text-align: center and margin: auto 0 but no dice. Also when you change the window size the right column shifts donward. I want the center to be liquid…

ijiggs changed something and made it to where when you hit download on my site it takes you to google. For now I have removed ijiggs completely but would like to fix it:o
