I've been a CDGCommerce partner for about a year, and refer some of my select clients to them. The support recently has been useless, and calling them only gets you to their outsourced phone helpdesk.
My main problem is with one of my merchants who processes AmEx through their Quantium gateway. Transactions (Amex) is hit and miss. not all that SHOULD be approved actually get approved. Voice Auth's we do with Amex disappear in their system. Contacting them via live chat gets a ticket created -- which never gets answered.
I've tried calling Adam, but no one seems to know how to contact him. This is NOT what a processing company should be like.
