Anybody have experiences hosting CS-Cart? Who would you recommend?

I'll be doing extensive customizations to the cart for a store with around 100 items. From what I understand, the numerous SQL queries used by the cart can cause spikes in CPU usage and I would like to find a host that is familiar with hosting CS-Cart sites and does not oversell. Budget is around $15/mo including a dedicated IP for a private SSL.

Been looking for a few days now without much success. Tried CyberLNC but they seem to be small and don't appear to have phone support and seen mixed reviews on Siteground.
