Well being that apparently both companies seem not to have been able to resolve any of my past issues regarding their software. WebHostingTalk seems to be the place to get the answers and get it fixed. So here's a new one for you, I'm trying to integrate Modernbill 5 (Latest Stable) + Kayako ESupport 3 (Latest Stable).

However even though I follow the directions given it still doesn't seem to work. I edit the swift path in the lib-hooks file then upload lib-hooks to the modernbill directory. However as soon as I do this the client login stops working, being that once you login it goes to a blank page. I've uploaded the other file into the templates directory also.

The second I remove the lib-hooks directory it goes back to working.
