I'm getting ready to create a couple more sites and want to try to find a hosting company I actually like.

History of past companies:
1. Godaddy - it was inexpensive and all I needed at the time, but it didn't give me enough control
2. Reliablesite.net - Didn't support PHP mail functions, Support slow, but reasonably priced
3. Siteground - After their "no downtime transfer" My site only loaded a blank page for hours. When I complained I was ignored at every end. They threw stats at me because I guess it wasn't technically downtime because it loaded a same page but I was still very annoyed.

What I need:
price: $20 or under a month (I would like to keep it closer to 10)
Fast support
Reliability!
2gb+ space
ample bandwith and fast servers
the latest of PHP, apache, etc.
