is it better if you have title like following:

Please contact [COMPANY] if you need desing redesign revamp logo/graphic seo optimization.
or

Quote:
contact [COMPANY] for any suggestion, question blah blah
Is it fine if we use comma signs in the title, and is it fine for SEO if we use long descriptions in the titles or just to describe the page that title reffers/belongs to?
